New Orleans born, Mason Kane discovers her grandma's stew recipe. She starts adding spicy seasonings and shellfish to the recipe. That's when she invents a dish called GUMBO. Many folks began tasting this new dish. It was so delicious that it's popularity caused Mason Kane to open up a restaraunt for all to enjoy.
